Derik Flint, Vice President, Derik Flint has resided on Millers Creek for 25 years.
Scott Bates, Treasurer, and his wife Deb were lifelong residents of Michigan before a job opportunity for Deb brought them to Jacksonville in December of 2009. Scott and Deb have lived on Mayfair Road since and love the area. They liked it so much they purchased the house across the road on Millers Creek and are renovating it and hope to move in soon.
Scott has a varied background in finance in manufacturing, wholesale, and construction, and is the division treasurer for a heavy civil and marine construction company. Outside of work Scott enjoys working in the yard, landscaping projects, woodworking and construction projects, and hopes to enjoy Millers Creek a whole lot more once the eco-restoration project is complete.
Scott enjoys being involved with the MCSD board and feels it is a great way to have some community involvement that not only benefits the residents on Millers Creek, but anyone who enjoys taking advantage of the St. Johns River and all it has to offer.

My most outstanding achievements in my life are becoming a Christian as an 8-year old and my family. I am very blessed to have a loving husband and beautiful children.
