MILLERS CREEK SPECIAL DISTRICT

 

   Millers Creek Special District (“MCSD”) is a dependent special district  created by the City of Jacksonville, Ordinance No. 2014-700-E.

 

NOTICE OF MEETING SCHEDULE

 

The Millers Creek Special District, P.O. Box 47375, Jacksonville, FL 32247, gives notice of rescheduling its regular August 2018 meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018, 6:30 P.M., Mudville Grille Private Meeting Room, 3105 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207.

 

A copy of the agenda for these monthly meetings may be obtained by writing to Millers Creek Special District, P.O. Box 47375, Jacksonville, FL 32247, or by calling 904. 396.0010 (Sharon Johnson, Chair).

 

Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in any of these meetings is asked to advise MCSD  at least 48 hours before the meeting by contacting us by telephone at 904.396.0010 (Sharon Johnson, Chair) between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, such person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes such person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
