NOTICE OF MANDATORY CONTRIBUTION

TO: Millers Creek Special District

RE:  Funding Account

Our Treasurer, Christopher Rose, has established our funding account with Bank of America, San Marco Branch. The funds will be used specifically for operating expenses for our District business during our dredging project.

Commencing December 8, 2015, each District household is required to make a contribution to the account within 45 days, or no later than January 22, 2016. The minimum contribution is $100.00. There is no maximum amount. Each household will receive credit for their contribution, less costs totaling 3% paid to the Tax Collector and the Property Appraiser of the City of Jacksonville. At this time it is my understanding the credit will be in the form of a reimbursement.
